Rationale: This subject aims to furnish students with an in-depth knowledge of the management and the implementation of different managerial skills in the organization.
Objectives: After successfully completing the course the students will achieve the followings,
1) The students will have knowledge on management and functions of management.
2) They will gain the managerial skills and will be learnt about the responsibilities of the managers.
3) The students will have knowledge about the production process, productivity and operational management with their techniques.
4) The students will gain knowledge about production methods and production planning techniques, inventory control etc.
5) The students will gather knowledge about plant location and plant layout and how these are done.
6) The also gain knowledge about maintenance of the industries and there techniques and procedures.
7) They will also learn about the work, time and method study and different techniques of doing these.
