Philosophy is the study about reason,existence,knowledge,values,mind and language which are grounded by only thinking.

Architecture is the process and the result of planning,designing and  constructing buildings which are visible and inhabitable for public.

I think that's why students of architecture often feel like philosophy  is a very unrelated course to them and are inclined not to take this course seriously.
