Alternative means- other settlement procedure become outside of the Court.

Dispute means -when a party claim something and other party deny this and does counter claim then there arise dispute.

Resolution means- finding settlement.

ADR means an alternative settlement procedure outside of the court. It is a method that encompasses numerous methods and techniques aimed to resolve disputes.

The types of ADR – 1) Negotiation – there have no third party .only parties who have dispute settle this dispute. 2) Mediation- there have a third party who settle the dispute as mediator.

3) Arbitration- it is one of the method ADR. There third party called arbitrator and his award is final, no appeal applicable against this award.

Benefit of ADR- -by this process both party get their interest. -there have low expenses -this process is not lengthy .but litigation is lengthy procedure. -there are no appeal against ADR award.
