Course Description
This course will provide the basic knowledge of electrical circuits. Students should be able to identify, define, and describe different components and relevant terms, laws, and theorems. Students also should be able to apply and analyse the knowledge in basic electrical circuits. This course will help the students to gain theoretical knowledge and will also help to do hardware implementation in the course of basic electronics, digital electronics, embedded systems, IoT and robotics.
The objective of this course is to provide an introduction to Fundamental electrical concepts and give brief knowledge about Laws of electrical circuits and methods of network analysis. This course covers DC voltage, current, resistance and power, Principles of DC measuring apparatus. This course will also discuss on the Alternating current- instantaneous and rms current, voltage and power, average power, power for various combinations of R, L and C circuits.
