SE 442: Management Information System:

The Management Information System (MIS) is a planned system of collecting, storing and disseminating data in the form of information needed to carry out the functions of management.

This course has been prepared for the beginners as well as advanced learners who want to deal with computer as a Management Information System. This is also very useful for the undergraduate students of computer science, engineering, business administration, management, science, commerce and arts where an introductory course on Management Information System is a part of curriculum. After completing this course you will find yourself at a moderate level of expertise in knowledge of Management Information System from where you can take yourself to next levels.

Prerequisites:

Knowledge of computers is not a prerequisite to follow the contents of MIS. This Course assumes no background in heavy knowledge of computers or computer programming, though basic knowledge of computer terminologies will help in understanding given concepts very easily.
