Liberal humanism :

 Liberal humanism understands literature or poetry to be timeless. It must reveal a constant or universal truth about humanity. The liberal humanism analyze the text of a poem with no predetermined ideas. 

Russian formalism :

Russian formalist believed that there is a distinction between form and content and their focus was on the form or structure of a text, rather than on It's content.

New criticism :

New criticism believed that the form and content of the text are closely connected and can not be analyzed separately. 

Post Colonialism :

Post colonialism not going through the broaden sense of the meaning of texts. Rebellion against structuralism. And text understood by isolation.
