Ques: Do you think that studying Fundamentals of Public Health as a Course should be mandatory for all University students across Bangladesh?

Ans:

I believe that learning Fundamentals of Public Health as a Course should be made mandatory for all university students in Bangladesh. The causes behind this are discussed below.

In summary, the discipline of public health aims to increase the life expectancy and general wellbeing of various populations. This, in turn, can lead to a better quality of life for countless individuals both at home and abroad, even in nations that may lack the capacity to conduct public health research on their own. Vaccines are arguably the most obvious example: because to the work of healthcare researchers and public health experts, no instances of polio have been reported in the United States since 1979, according to the CDC. The polio vaccine, as well as the COVID-19 vaccine, have been shared with other countries, reducing worldwide infection rates and all but eliminating the illness from contemporary life.
