CSS allows web designers, developer, bloggers, & so forth to make our websites unique & attractive. CSS gives us the opportunity to play with a page layout, adjust colours & fonts, add effects to images, etc. It is also used to design the layout of the website. Without it, websites would still be plain text on white backgrounds..So, we need CSS to make the website look good & presentable. If we don't use CSS then the website would be bland & confusing.
