Family is our main peaceful palce. In family we have strong relationship and love. With stronger relationships and family support in mental health recovery, the loved one is set up for success. Members can focus more on their mental health. Less on family problems that could be contributing to members disorder or making it worse.
If we have mental health issues, our family can be one of our supports. They can and may notice changes in our every behaviours, our emotions and general health. They can offer us help and support.
So family support plays a pivotal role in tackling mental health issues.
