Without discount related problem first we have to focus the lowest ordering cost and lowest carrying cost at the same order size and our carrying cost and ordering cost in the EOQ will be same in Without discounting method.

So first condition is we choose our EOQ level . Secondly where our ordering cost and carrying cost will be same and lowest in the same EOQ level and if this condition is fullfil then we choose this order size.
