Contract can be voidable due to Coercion, Undue influence, misrepresentation and fraud. Coercion is physical but undue influence is mental. We can get remedy for fraud but we cannot sue for misrepresentation. We can avoide the contract due to these four reasons,but if we do the contract, the contract will be a valid contract.
