Offer and Acceptance

Offer and acceptance are essential elements of a contract. An offer is a clear indication of willingness to enter into a contract under specific terms, while acceptance is the unequivocal agreement to those terms. Once both elements are present, a legally binding contract is formed. Keep in mind that certain conditions, such as mutual assent and a legal purpose, must also be met for a valid contract.
