  • Welcome to Physics Based Animation Course

  • Course Rationale

    Course Rationale :
The connection between animation and natural science is a must. The rules of physics must be reflected on realistic animation. Students at college or university level should know the explanation of their 3d practical works.3D animation has many category like – architectural visualization, character animation, simulation animation. In simulation animation, an incident of the real-world is recreated. So, here the direct application of the laws of physics is very important.

    • Course Objective

All the incidents of our surroundings are controlled by the laws of physics. If we want to animate an object through computer software, we must follow the rules of nature.Real-world concept of force’s action-reaction and the rules of classical physics are must for creating a realistic animation, especially the Newtonian mechanics.

    • Course Outcome

co 1 able to do animation showing newton's first law

co 2 able to do animation showing newton's 2nd law

co 3 able to do animation showing newton's 3rd law

co 4 able to do animation showing centripetal and centrifugal force

co 5 able to create bouncing ball animation

co 6 able to create banking effect in circular motion

co 7 able to create 3d animtion showing gravity, friction and elasticity
