How you can get ECC from DoE?

I can get ECC from DoE -
1. At first application to DOE with attach General information, Description of raw materials and finished products, An NoC.
2. Then Obtaining Site Clearance .
3. Applying for Environmental Clearance (may require layout plan, effluent disposal system etc.

4. Obtaining Environmental Clearance.
5. Renew at least 30 days before of validity period.

The Department of Environment (DoE) in Chattogram has suspended environmental clearance certificates of 26 hospitals and 12 diagnostic centres for not having updated license from the Directorate General of Health Services.
