There are many ways to avoid conflict for example :

1. Always try to keep distance yourselfs from taking any decesion of peoples personal activities. 

2.Try to keep silence if any one try to give false logic statement. 

3.if anyone try to give report to their relationship with other dont accept that because later it will creat conflict when everything will solve.

4.accept opinion, decesion making  process or activities of opponent party.

5.Dont provide sensitive information where conflict can can simply increase.
