Course Objective
The aim of this course enables students to develop an the understanding about the basic functions and knowledge of the management, managerial activities, managerial functions and roles-responsibilities.They also will be equipped to prepare planning, organizing, leading, and controlling activities effectively and efficiently to achieve organizational objectives
Students would able analyze and understand the key practical and theoretical concept of managing and resolving issues and problem.
Explain the importance the good Communication skill, analyze the influence the gender and cultural difference, persuasion, perception and power in the conflict resolution and fundamental of Human Recourse Management application.Students would able analyze and understand the key practical and theoretical concept of managing and resolving issues and problem. Course Outcome
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to learn and define management, role of a manager its four basic functions and skills. Know critical management theories and philosophies and how to apply them.

To recognize the nature of the business and its impact on the internal relationship between business and leadership and demonstrate the role of communication, skills and knowledge.
Understand the basics of business law, business formation, lead in a responsible way with a humanitarian approach, reconcile business and social responsibility, find creative problem-solving way, effectively discuss, communicate effectively, Learn fundamental financial knowledge, budget and money management.
Identify personal attributes that enable best use of entrepreneurial opportunities explore entrepreneurial leadership and management style.

Samira has been with her organization for the last three years and has received outstanding performance evluations. Abir came on the board one full year later then did Samira. Based upon what Abir has said, Samira believes that Abir has earning the same amount of salary as she does although he is at a lower rank. Samira has been fuming about Abir’s salary. It appear objectively clear to everyone that Samira has supperior educationaland experiential credentials. Rumor has it that Abir is not performing evry well, although rumor has it that Abir and Masrud Amin the Chief executive officer (CEO) have become pretty chummy.
Mr. Masrud Amin the Chief executive officer (CEO), has come into Samira’s office and says the following, “I wanted to be sure that you were told before the informationis generally disseminated. We are promoting Abir to director of the division. You know that you are invaluable in the work you do. We cannot affort to lose you in the administrative matters that Abir will be performing. I hope that you will give Abir your full support”. Thank you. Samira response, “ Oh if you had offered to me, I would have declined. I don’t want administrative work”.
