My expectations from this course.

After successful completion of the course, I will be able to know about -

1: The terminology and basic concepts of quality, quality control, quality assurance and textile testing.

2: Conduct on-line quality control (process control and product control) and inspection for yarn, grey fabric, finished fabric and ready made garments.

3: Measure sliver, roving and yarn irregularity and analyze length variance, imperfections, yarn hairiness using different statistical tools.

4: Estimate the quality of materials after different physical and chemical treatments in wet processing industry.　

5: Prepare a master plan of quality control and inspection for manufacturing quality product in Yarn/ Fabric/Wet processing
