What is the average inflation rate in Bangladesh in the last couple of years?

Increment of 5% salary is not actually increases the salary of garment workers, because-
Bangladesh's inflation rate is 5%.We know that inflation is the rate at which the cost of goods and services rises over time. It could also be thought of as a reduction in the value of a currency because consumers are now able to purchase less than they once could with the same currency bill.
