(3) Mostly derived from plants.

(4) Example : Butter, beef fat.

(1) Fat remains  solid at room Temperature. 

(2) Fat have saturated fatty acid.

(3) Mostly derived  from animal. 

(4) Example :vegetable Oil, fish Oil.
