If I was in that position, I would try to understand the full situation. I will try to make sure that if the rumours are actually rumours or true information.Then I would accept the decision of the CEO of the company and continue the job. Then  I would co-operative with Abir and help him at work. Because this job is important for me. But if I get a better job and better salary in other company then I will join there.
