1.Ways to close the Gender Gap in our Society:I think, by the following ways we can close the gender gap in our society 

.Creating awareness for gender  equality in our  villages,cities,nearby areas, society etc. 

.Promoting human rights by supporting media events for girl child. 

.Complaining to police if we witness any sex determination test. By taking strict action against gender inequality.

.Ensuring  education for both male and female

.Increased training facilities for women.

.Ensure health facilities, providing same wage to women, providing gender related education to girls and women.

.Taking various steps to reduce domestic violence.

.Reducing physical and mental harassment in the working place were the possible solutions suggested by the respondents in general. 

2.We should concern about the gender gap because

2. It results in better healthcare,

3. It helps businesses,

4. It’s good for the economy,

5. Children are healthier,

6. It leads to better legal protections,

7. It leads to better racial equality,

8. It reduces poverty,

9. It can lead to peace.
