Managers are the people who are in charge of employees. Their job is to plan and promote the daily schedule of employees. Managers are expected to manage their superiors and coworkers on behalf of their company or organization. Managers have to make decisions in order to solve critical problems. 

Manager Job Responsibilities are:

  • Ensures a legal, safe and secure work environment.
  • Maintaining staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
  • Accomplishes department objectives by planning and evaluating department activities.
