Example of motivational Interviewing: A young girl who fight with obesity, she came to me for diet chart ,I noticed that she was depress, as a would be dietician, I asked her life style and food habit. I hear all her past history and her all speech .Then i calculated her BMI ,then trying to increases her confident level and said her story about those people who are already loss their weight by diet. The i also noticed that she feel better from before. that is a good example of motivational interviewing.
