  1. What do you mean by social determinants of health?

The social determinants of health are the form in which people are born, grow, live, work and age. These circumstances are shaped by the distribution of money, power and resources at global, national and local levels

That is, following  things are directed considered as social determinant of health:

  •  Availability of resources, such as educational, job, foods etc
  •  Social norms and attitudes
  •  Exposure to crime, violence, and social disorder
  •  Social support and social interactions
  •  Exposure to mass media and emerging technologies
  •  Environment and housing
  •  Early childhood development process

  1. Could put example of materialistic and non-materialist culture? 
Material culture consists of things that are created by humans. Examples include cars, buildings, clothing, and tools. Nonmaterial culture refers to the abstract ideas and ways of thinking that make up a culture. Examples of nonmaterial culture include traffic laws, words, and dress codes.
