Yes sir and i agree with this statement.  A successful business must have minimum 5 goals

 1.Financial goals

2.Growth goals

3.Customer goals.

4.Employee development goals.

5.Social goals.

Sales is an outcome  because with sales company or organisation can full fill customer needs and which is also related to first 3 goals i mentioned.  


For making this situation fixed company  must have to work with employee development and social goals so that they can fixed their potential customers for lifetime.

 So we can say sales is a function to ensure customers needs and demand It's  have great impact on others too.
