Yes I agree with this statement. I would add that the outcome is the product of well executed and repeatable process. Firstly this selling journey is incomplete without setting up efficient sales process steps. Next we will get a standardized flow to quickly move the deals ahead in the sales cycle. To summarize from dealing with rejection, difficult clients and increasingly competitive atmospheres, sales is a make or break industry.
