Knowledge : Product knowledge training is a learning program that includes all the information about your goods or services that learners need to know in order to perform their work effectively.
Skill : A skill is the learned ability to perform an action with
determined results with good execution often within a given amount of time,
energy, or both. Skills can often be divided into domain-general and
domain-specific skills. For example, in the domain of work, some general skills
would include time management, teamwork and leadership, self-motivation and
others, whereas domain-specific skills would be used only for a certain job.
Skill usually requires certain environmental stimuli and situations to assess
the level of skill being shown and used.
Attitude : An attitude is a positive, negative, or mixed evaluation of an object expressed at some level of intensity. It is an expression of a favorable or unfavorable evaluation of a person, place, thing, or event. These are fundamental determinants of our perceptions of and actions toward all aspects of our social environment. Attitudes involve a complex organization of evaluative beliefs, feelings, and tendencies toward certain actions.
Competencies : Competencies is the ability to do something successfully or efficiently. Competency is a set of demonstrable characteristics and skills that enable, and improve the efficiency of, performance of a job.
