Classification: Classification refers to image classification in Remote sensing. It is the task of assigning classes i.e., land cover and land use to all the pixeled in a remotely sense image. 

Supervised classification: it defines the classes identified by pixels enclosed in polygons. In a supervised image classification the user sets how many class will be in the image.
