I can get ECC from DoE -
1. At first application to DOE with attach General information, Description of raw materials and finished products, An NoC.
2. Then Obtaining Site Clearance .
3. Applying for Environmental Clearance (may require layout plan, effluent disposal system etc.

4. Obtaining Environmental Clearance.
5. Renew at least 30 days before of validity period.
