1. Abraham Maslow's Theory: Abraham Maslow's theory of motivation states that five categories of human needs dictate an individual's behavior. Those needs are physiological, safety needs, love and belonging needs, esteem needs, and self-actualization needs.
2.Henry Mintzberg- Managerial roles Theory: Henry Mintzberg's roles about that skill were learned through the experience of all the sections of a business. He also recommends breaking down the management rules and responsibilities in the workplace which will repair by new and stable algorithm and easy to access our daily life. Mintzberg published his ten management roles in his book, Mintzberg on Management Inside our strange world of organization, in 1990.
The ten roles are :

3.Winslow Taylor's-
Scientific Management Theory: Winslow Taylor gives the idea of how to managers needed to people co-operative with one another and manage the hold process easily.
4.Henri Fayol's- Principle of Management Theory: Principal of Management Theory divides 14 principle of management like Division of work, authority and responsibilities, discipline, unit of command, unity of direction, subordination of individual interest, etc.
5. Mc Gregor's - Theory of X and Theory Y: McGregor his book, "The Human Side of Enterprise," and refers to two styles of management – authoritarian (Theory X) and participative (Theory Y). Managers who use this approach trust their people to take ownership of their work and do it effectively by themselves.
