1.Abraham Maslow's- Hierarchy theory:
The theory of motivation which deivide five part of human needs and individual's behaviour. People needs are psychological needs,safety needs,safety needs,love and belonging needs,esteem needs,self actualization needs.
2. Henry Mintzber- Managerial roles:
Mintzberg suggests that there are ten managerial roles which can be grouped into three areas interpersonal, informational and decisional. Interpersonal roles cover the relationships that a manager has to have with others. The three roles within this category are figurehead, leader and liaison.
3. Winslow Taylor's- Scientific Management Theory :
Winslow give the idea how to manager needed to people co-operative with one-another and manage the hold process easily.
4. Henri Fayol's- Principal of Management:
Henri Fayol's Divide the management theory in 14 ways.there are like authority and responsibilities, discipline, unit of command,unity of direction,division of work , subordination of individual interest etc.
5. Mc Gregor's - Theory of X and Theory Y:
Douglas McGregor formulated Theory X and Theory Y suggesting two aspects of human behaviour at work, or in other words, two different views of individuals (employees): one of which is negative, called as Theory X and the other is positive, so called as Theory Y. According to McGregor, the perception of managers on the nature of individuals is based on various assumptions.
