1. Abraham Maslow's- Hierarchy theory :- Maslow's hierarchy of needs is a motivational theory in psychology comprising a five-tier model of human needs. often depicted as hierarchical levels within a pyramid. ...  Once they have fulfilled these needs, people move on to their safety needs, social well-being, self-esteem then ultimately their need for self-actualization.

2. Henry Mintzberg- Managerial roles:
Mintzberg’s managerial roles are based on the concept that managers are engaged in interpersonal, informational, and decisional roles. Interpersonal roles involve being a figurehead (a source of inspiration) for one’s group, acting as their leader, and engaging in liaison activities between the group and other groups.

3. Winslow Taylor's- Scientific Management Theory:In  this theory he give idea that Manager needed to Co-operate with one another. 

4. Henri Fayol's- Principal of Management:
His 14 principles of management are used to manage an organization and are beneficial for prediction, planning, decision-making, organization and process management, control and coordination.

5. Mc Gregor's - Theory of X and Theory Y:

He give x to the team members who dislike their work and they also can get motivate use an authorization  management. 

And he give Y to those workers take pride pride to their work and see it as a challenge.
