Ethical environment is about the practice of ethical behavior and ethical practice in the organization

Ethics is all that helps to differentiate between right and wrong

Where and what would be the behavior reflects the ethical practice and without proper ethics we can't prove our real behavior. 

Social environment is all about society and people and also the organization

Organization is a part of society. We all are social being and we work in different organization in the society so it has a good connection between social ethics social environment and organization.

Ethical involving or expressing moral approval or disapproval . It's conforming to accepted standards conduct.

Social Environment, People and organizations directly affected by the behaviors of an organization and that have a stake in its performance. the set of obligations to behave responsibly.
