All things are more or less related to morality . It is our and the managerial resposibility to maintain the ethics of office and keep the office environment in a calm and quiet . Morality or ethics drives us to decide the right and wrong deed in life we can not generally do wrong to anything and don't do any wrong deed generally. There is a force works behind the wrong deeds. Most of the people do good work as long as there is no problem. It there is less opportunity of staying good then people go for wrong doing.

Most of the time we should avoid wrong deed because wrong deed or work don't lead to any peace or prosperity .
