Planning is the process of determine future actions to achieve specific goals. Decision is selection of action/actions among determined actions. To take decision from plan management follow 7 steps which are giving below-

1. Establishing Objectives: Objectives means organization aim to achieve. First of all, organization have to establishing objectives which want to achieve in future.

2. Determining Planning Premises: Premises identifies the actual data, policies and plans of organization.

3. Determining Alternative Courses: To achieve goals ,organization have to choose different ways or strategies.

4. Evaluating Alternative Courses: To justify the acceptability, determined courses have to evaluated.

5. Selecting the best courses: Find out best courses to implement.

6. Formulating derivate plan: Based on selected course, many functional course will select in workplace for different level of employees.

7. Implementation: Selected courses have to imply in workplace.
