Dear Foisal,
I have edited your work:
I disagree with this assertion.
Goals are benchmarks that an organization hopes to reach.
In essence, an outcome is the outcome of a specific circumstance.
Example:
A bank launches a push to sell 10,000 credit cards in five months. The target amount, in this case, is 10,000 cards. And set a monthly sales goal of 2,000 cards. Here is the result. Sales are a goal, not an outcome, but they are connected together.
