I strongly agree with this because every Company or Organization wants long run relationship with the customer . If the company failed to fullfil customer's demand then the customer won't buy any service or product  from the company . So they  can't survive in the market in long run. They should provide best service or product for the customer  and always focus on the Repeat customer .
