Yes, i agree with this statement. Only sale should not be a goal for a organisation. A companies have so many goals like economic goals, customer goals,social goals etc.

Sales is an outcome not a goal cause a company when starts their sale they are increasing sale with coustomer satisfaction through bulid a strong relationship with customers.

Here sales or gaining profit not a goal, is an outcome. But sales nd goals are related to each other.

So we can easily say sales is an outcome not a goal.
