Most child labourers in Bangladesh are employed in the informal sector. These forms of labour are hard to regulate and monitor. The most common forms of work is agriculture, in rural areas, and domestic service, in urban areas. The majority of all child labourers in Bangladesh work in agriculture.Moreover, under section 284 of the Bangladesh Labour Act, 2006, the punishment for employing a child or adolescent in contravention of the law is only a nominal fine up to 5,000 taka.

Judgment
This Rule, under section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure is directed against the judgment and decree dated 16-3-91, passed by the Second Sub- Judge Khulna, in Title Appeal No. 35 of 1988, reversing those of the Assistant Judge, Khulna passed on 18-12-87, in Title Suit No. 160 of 1984.
2 Short facts for the disposal of this Rule are, that the plaintiff- opposite party filed a suit for declaration and mandatory injunction against defendant- petitioners, praying for a declaration that the order of termination vide letter date.
