I trust everyone on the team would agree that a budget proposal is a vital issue of a grant proposal. Exaggerated or unrealistic lists of budget may diminish chances for acceptance of a grant proposal even if the other components are perfect. The funders want the applicants proper distribution of the amount against each activity and   utilization during implementation stages.
