1. Abraham Maslow's- Hierarchy theory: 

Maslow’s hierarchy of needs is a pyramid of the needs that motivate people. Individuals most basic needs, at the base of the pyramid, are physiological. Once they have fulfilled these needs, people move on to their safety needs, social well-being, self-esteem then ultimately their need for self-actualization.

  


2. Henry Mintzberg- Managerial roles:

Mintzberg’s managerial roles are based on the concept that managers are engaged in interpersonal, informational, and decisional roles. Interpersonal roles involve being a figurehead (a source of inspiration) for one’s group, acting as their leader, and engaging in liaison activities between the group and other groups. 


3. Winslow Taylor's- Scientific Management Theory:

The scientific management movement produced revolutionary ideas for the time—ideas such as employee training and implementing standardized best practices to improve productivity. 

 

4. Henri Fayol's- Principal of Management:

His 14 principles of management are used to manage an organization and are beneficial for prediction, planning, decision-making, organization and process management, control and coordination.

 

5. Mc Gregor's - Theory of X and Theory Y:

Theory X and Theory Y are theories of human work motivation and management. Theory X explains the importance of heightened supervision, external rewards, and penalties, while Theory Y highlights the motivating role of job satisfaction and encourages workers to approach tasks without direct supervision.
