Topics: Comparative in vitro evaluation of some commercial brands of anti viral drugs used to treat COVID-19 in Bangladesh.
Objective of the study: During the pandemic situation of COVID-19 different pharmaceuticals marketed different anti viral drug to fight Corona virus. Some of the anti viral drugs are harmful to our normal physiological process. The main objective of this study to evaluate safety parameter as well as to compare different brands of anti viral drugs.
Methodology: We are going to evaluate diameter variation, weight variation, hardness, thickness, friability, disintegration, dissolution as well as potency and efficacy of anti viral drugs of different brands in Bangladesh used to treat COVID-19. We need different reagent as well as different instrument to conduct this study.
Outcome of this study: Bangladeshi people are very much confused to choose different brands of drugs. Most of the cases doctors are discission maker for brand choosing. After this study, doctors as well as patient are aware of choosing anti viral drugs of specific brands that will minimize the health risk.
