conceptual or procedural and understanding information regarding a particular
subject by a person through books, media, or study a certain degree or other
sources.
According to food and beverage service staff should know
how to serve various type of wine or drink in the correct continuous and the
right temperature.
For example:
i Equipment and materials.
ii Products.

iv Legislation.
2. Skills: Skill refer to ability of using that
information and apply in a context. it's actions or tasks that are performed.
For example: Holding and using service spoon and fork and
other service equipments.
3. Attitudes: Attitude is the way in which an individual
goes about their work. Arriving work on time communicating respectfully with
colleague and looking for solution rather than warning a all indicate of good
attitude. You have to be -
Punctual.
Honest.
Loyal.
4. Competencies: Competency is a dominated ability to apply
knowledge skill and attitude to achieving observable result.
When you are competent you will be well organized and
supportive for your team.
