In this chapter, I learned about ethics, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and sustainability. Ethics refers to principles that guide right and wrong behavior in business. An ethical dilemma occurs when making a decision that involves a difficult choice between conflicting values.

I also learned about the roots of ethical and unethical practices, which are influenced by culture, values, and business pressures. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) means businesses should contribute positively to society, not just focus on profits. Sustainability is about ensuring that business activities meet present needs without harming future generations. These concepts are essential for responsible business practices.
