Article 142 of the Constitution of the People's Republic of Bangladesh deals with Constitutional Amendment.

Amendment means “the process of altering or amending a law or document (such as a constitution) by parliamentary or constitutional procedure. The purpose of the Amendment -

2.Alteration 

3.Substitute 

4.Repeal

Proceedure of the Amendment :-

1.Introduction of Bill

2.Long Title

3.Two Third of vote

4.Assent
