Three types of emergency :

1. Emergency of war: when emergency is declared of war or external aggression it is called emergency of war.

2. Emergency of subversion : Emergency which is due to disturbance within the state to suppress civil war.

3. Economic emergency : If the emergency is declared with a view to overcome such situation which has break down the country or states economical life.
