Emergency Provision: It is a complex and sudden situation when there is a need for taking speedy action.

There are three grounds for emergency provision.These are:

1.War

2.External aggression 

3.Internal disturbance

This suspension of certain rights are for a period not exceeding 120 days.In article 141B there are some fundamental rights.
