What is business law? 


Ans: Business law, also know as Mercantile law and trad law, is the body of law that applies to rights, relations, and conduct of persons and business engaged in commerce, met chand ising, trad and sales. It is often considered to be a branch of civil law and deals with issues of both private law and public law.

What is the sources of business law? 

Ans: Business law, consists of many different areas taught in the law school and business school curricula, including: Contracts, the law of Corporations and other Business Organizations, Securities Law, Intellectual Property, Antitrust, Secured Transactions, Commercial Paper, Income Tax, Pensions & Benefits, Trusts & Estates, Immigration Law, Labor Law, Employment Law and Bankruptcy. It is a branch of law that examines topics that impact the operation of a business.
