General Instruction for Assignment and Presentation

Dear students,

You are instructed to go through the following guidelines before submitting the document:

1. The students are asked to submit their Assignments through the attachment of the file.

2. To prepare Assignment, you are asked to prepare a cover pager mentioning your name and ID just before starting your write up then prepare a content page. After that, you will complete the Assignment in accordance with your plan or content.

3. You may try to disclose the following things to accomplish your task:

a. Prepare a chart showing sources of business law.

b. Draft an agreement on the formation of partnership Firm indicating therein terms and conditions and all the essentials of a valid contract.

c. Draft an application to the RJSC seeking permission for partnership Firm.

d. Draft a Negotiable Instrument.

e. Collect leading cases and try to assemble in your relevant topic.
