Evaly is a Bangladeshi technology company that specialises on e-commerce, food & grocery delivery, classifieds, accounting & inventory solutions and other logistics. Evaly's strategy includes creating a social factor around its services to add people who were not using e-commerce sites previously. E-valy has become the largest online and mobile commerce company in Bangladesh in just a few month and barely anyone expected it to be so successful. It has provided numerous business opportunities for small and medium enterprises to leverage the innovative technology to compete
more efficiently domestically and globally. This study does not attempt to describe E-valy as a perfect business; rather it discuss the communication model, strategies for generate income, technology and ethics, and some important lessons that were carried out by E-valy to achieve success in this complex world of online trading. In this report, I examine a few key factors of E-valy’s success such as its specific marketing strategies, various challenges, its strong branding image, superior customer value proposition, better shopping experience, huge sales volume and economies of scale. As far as I know, Every trader has a set of rulers here I think is just the rule of Evaly business policy.
The second question has been asked, Do you think is it crime to stock the money of users for a while? I answered the question in my own way:
As you can see, delivery comes four or five months after ordering at Evaly. Most of the people think that they take the profit by spending the money in the bank for so long. This idea is completely wrong. Because I think Traders believe hat investing money in the market without depositing money in the bank brings more profit. Suppose a car worth Rs 6 lakh is giving you Rs 7,90,000. They run a campaign/promotion. Where you think 50 cars were sold. But the agreement with the company is that if they buy this car for 100 hours, they will get this discount. Evaly runs another campaign the following month, catching up to 60 more sales. Now Evaly tells the company to deliver my goods. Now that they deal directly with the factory, their intermediate profit/expense (dealer, showroom cost, staff salary) is sold.Again it takes 10-15 days for the goods to reach from the factory to Evaly. In this way, they spend three months delivering the goods. You bought the product from the general market after seeing the late shipment with the order and canceled the order given to them. Then they will lose. The reason is that they are taking the money first, but they are buying the bike with your money and robbing the service charge and profit to give it in the middle.
This system is called group buying. If many people buy the same product at the same time, there is an advantage to take it at wholesale price.
It has been alleged that e-commerce company Evaly is cheating with customers in tactics. Delivery is expected to be made within 15 days after order through online but after waiting month after month, the desired product does not get. At the same time, many customers are suffering after paying money in advance for their desired product.
The third question has been asked, is there any scam you can sniff ?I answered the question in my own way:
Fifteen buyers who ordered products between November 2019 and July 2020 complained that they did not receive the products or any refund even in October even though the company had promised to deliver the products within a maximum of 45 days.
Rampura Mahanagar project resident Md Saifullah ordered a Tk119,445 scooty but did not receive it even after the passage of 116 days.
